The UK CMA says Microsoft's revised offer to acquire Activision, which includes selling some gaming rights to Ubisoft, appears to address its concerns — The Competition and Markets Authority said Friday that it will consult on the new offer, but Microsoft's proposal opens the door to the deal being cleared.
