UK-listed Keywords Studios, which provides game development, audio, and art services to clients such as Epic, agrees to a ~£2.1B takeover bid from PE firm EQT  —  Keywords Studios Plc agreed to a bid from private equity firm EQT that values the video game services company at about £2.1 billion ($2.5 billion).
