Airbnb reports Q1 revenue up 6% YoY to $2.27B, vs. $2.26B est., Gross Booking Value up 7% YoY to $24.5B, in line with est., and forecasts Q2 revenue below est.  —  Airbnb reported results for the first quarter that were mostly in line with estimates, but the company issued a disappointing revenue forecast for the current period.
