Circle's S-1 shows that 60% of the 24M shares being sold in its IPO come from existing stakeholders rather than the company, a highly unusual move in a tech IPO  —  Stablecoin issuer Circle stands to be one of the first significant cryptocurrency companies to go public in the U.S. That's not the only unusual aspect of its IPO.
