Filing: Chinese chipmaker GigaDevice aims to raise up to ~$600M in a Hong Kong IPO, offering 28.9M shares at up to ~$21 each — China's GigaDevice Semiconductor (603986.SS) is targeting to raise up to HK$4.68 billion ($601.47 million) in an initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to a filing with the exchange on Wednesday.
