Crowdstrike confirms acquiring Bionic, which analyzes a company's tech and IT to find vulnerabilities, sources say for $350M; Bionic has raised $82M in total  —  Update: Crowdstrike has now officially confirmed the deal.  As we previously reported, Crowdstrike will merge Bionic's tech with its Falcon product.
