BlackBerry appoints John Giamatteo, an executive since 2021, as its CEO and no longer plans to spin off its IoT and cybersecurity businesses  —  BlackBerry will reorganize to keep that business in house alongside its cybersecurity unit, the Waterloo, Canada-based company said in a statement Monday.
