London-based luxury clothing marketplace Farfetch borrows $500M from Coupang, which will buy its assets and delist the company; FTCH dropped 90%+ in five years  —  Farfetch Ltd. found a backer in e-commerce company Coupang Inc., which agreed to lend $500 million, buy the assets and delist the troubled fashion platform's shares.
