Consensys says the US SEC is closing its investigation into Ethereum 2.0 and “will not bring charges alleging that sales of ETH are securities transactions”  —  Leading Ethereum developer Consensys announced late Tuesday that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is “closing its investigation” into the cryptocurrency.
