The European Commission approves €920M in German state aid to Infineon to build a new chip plant in Dresden, set to reach full capacity in 2031  —  The European Commission said on Thursday it had approved a 920 million euro German state aid to Infineon for the construction of a new semiconductor manufacturing plant in Dresden.
