Onsemi revises its Synaptics acquisition to a ~$5.7B all-cash offer, down from the ~$7B all-stock deal announced in June, after Synaptics received another bid  —  ON Semiconductor says it will pay $123 a share for Synaptics, giving the deal a value of around $5.7 billion
