Lenovo reports Q3 revenue up 20% YoY to $18.8B, above est., and net income up 106% YoY to $692.7M, vs. $365M est.; IDC says Lenovo's PC shipments grew 4.8% YoY — Net income increased more than doubled to $692.7 million in the December quarter. That compares with an average estimate of $365 million.
