Driverless car startup Bliq.ai says it has received approval for fully driverless road operations in Estonia, the first authorization of its kind in the EU — The authorisation is the first of its kind in the EU, allowing its remotely supervised autonomous vehicles to operate on public roads without a driver behind the wheel.
